Meditation with movement is one of my favorite ways to practice mindfulness and move my body. So I made a walking meditation for you! Let's go stretch our legs AND our mind.

Wear comfortable clothing, grab your sneakers and find a space - indoors or outdoors - that you feel most comfortable in. This walking meditation really can be done anywhere.
